Tom and Daniela’s surprise proposal in Madrid at Sabatini Gardens felt like something straight out of a movie. What makes this story even more special is how it all began, Daniela’s mum, while they were visiting Madrid from Mexico, reached out to me to secretly plan everything. Tom, originally from Germany, had no idea this was being organized behind the scenes.

We chose Sabatini Gardens for its elegance and peaceful atmosphere, and despite the weather being a bit unpredictable, it all worked out perfectly. It had rained earlier that day, stopped just in time for the proposal, and then returned softly during their engagement photoshoot, adding the most romantic touch. With the simple excuse of taking a photo, Tom got into position, and Daniela turned around to the surprise of her life. Her reaction was incredibly emotional and genuine, one of those moments you can truly feel. After the proposal, we continued with a relaxed engagement photoshoot in the gardens, with beautiful soft light, very few people around, and a calm, intimate atmosphere.
